专利摘要:
1. A distributing strip (e.g. 1) comprising a plurality of double connection terminals (4) which allow electric conductors to be connected without the need to strip them of their insulation and which are held in holders on the upper longitudinal sides of an insulating body (2), where the distributor strip (e.g. 1) has an approximately square cross-section, characterized in that a number of upwardly open receiving chambers (3) separated by partition walls (10), are provided for surge arresters (6, 12), and are arranged in the upper part of the insulating component (2) in the longitudinal direction of the insulating component (2), that those side walls of the receiving chambers (3) which are adjacent to the connection terminals (4) are provided with contact springs (5) which are connected to the connection terminals (4), and that in each case between two opposing contact springs (5) parts of an earthing bar (7, 11) project into the receiving chambers (3).

The invention has been related to electrical engineering, in particular to distribution blocks with a multitude of double connecting clamps, which allow the connection of electrical wires without stripping the insulation.
The aim of the invention is to simplify installation.
FIG. 1 shows a distribution block; in fig. 2 - distribution block, side view, cut; Fig. 3 shows a distribution block with different com- pectation of surge arresters for overvoltage protection, top view; in fig. 4 - the same as in FIG. 2, rotated in FIG. 5 and 6 - grounding busbars in conjunction with arresters for protection against overvoltages with contact springs and connecting clamps; Fig. 7 is a distribution block serving as a disconnecting shoe; in fig. 8 - the same, I serving as a connecting block and supplied with a discharge voltage surge protection; figure 9 -; the same, top view; in fig. 10 is the same as in FIG. 8, rotated 180.
Distribution block 1 consists of an isolator 2, in the upper part; which there are receiving chambers 3, i in which surge arresters are included for protection against overvoltages. On the upper longitudinal sides of the insulator 2 in the cells there are a multitude of double connecting terminals 4 connected to the I contact springs 5, which I press inwards on the adjacent lateral walls of the receiving chambers 3. In -; A discharge chamber 3 of the distribution bar 1 shown in FIG. 1, between the contact springs 5 there is a three-electrode arrester 6. In this case, the middle connection of the three-electrode arrester 6 is in contact with the grounding bus 7 (see Fig. 2).
Insulator 2 consists of the upper 8 and lower 9 parts, held by means of a locking connection. Before assembling the two parts, the corresponding earthing bus is inserted from the bottom into the upper part 8. The partitions 10 of the receiving chambers 3 are cut into
in the middle respectively at the bottom. Similarly, the bottom of the receiving chamber 3 is cut in the middle towards the partitions 10 so that

jumpers of the grounding bus through these slots are included in the receiving 3.
Since the distribution block according to the invention is equipped with both two-electrode arresters 12 and three-electrode arresters, different grounding bars are required. Both grounding tires consist mainly of a comb-shaped metal strip, bent at both ends to form a loop in the form of a hole for a mounting screw, providing a grounding contact. A ground bus 1 1 for two-cell arresters 12 can have free sections (Fig. 5), so that a single arrester and receiving chambers only on the sides contact the ground bus. The grounding bus 7 for a three-electrode discharger has two elastic legs for each chamber, which ensures a reliable contact between the average connection of the arrester and the grounding bus 7.
FIG. 5 and 6, the connection between the double connecting clip 4 and the contact spring 5 is also shown. In this case, the corresponding structural element, consisting 0, can be made of the double connecting clip 5 and 6 of the double connecting clip 4, either double or solid (figure 5). . The digital index 13 also indicates the possible form of the contact spring.
FIG. Figures 2–4 show the supply of the junction block with overvoltage arresters, with the right half of the junction block supplied with three-electrode arresters, while the left half (Fig. 2-4) - with two-electrode dischargers 12. At the same time, the opposite double coupling the clamps are mutually displaced relative to the receiving chambers 3 ". Since the two single junction-related 3 junction clamps belong to the steam core, in this way the accuracy of the direction of the wires is achieved. In addition, this wiring is greatly facilitated by the fact that on the partitions 10 there are protrusions 14, between which wiring may be wired, leading from one side of the distribution block to the double connection terminal, located 3114
No other side of the distribution block.
In addition, clamps for wires are provided on the upper and lower longitudinal edges of the insulator, respectively, the upper and lower clamps for wires are subordinated to the conductor wire and there is an eye for a predetermined number of connected clamps for wires on the lower side of the distribution block. through which incoming or outgoing wires lead for a given number of wire clips.
The wiring is as follows.
FIG. 7-10 show the distribution pads 15, in which FIG. 7 shows a distribution box serving as a disassembly shoe, and FIG. An 8-10 distribution block serves as a connector block and is equipped with overvoltage dischargers. Common to both types of distribution blocks is the location of connecting clamps in 17, which provide the connection of electrical wires on the upper longitudinal sides of the insulator. On the upper longitudinal edges of the distribution blocks 15, there are wire-guide slots 17 arranged in a row. In FIG. Figures 8 and 10 show the wire guiding slots arranged in a row on the lower longitudinal sides of the distribution block T5. On the lower side of the distribution block (Fig. 8), there are wire guide lugs 18. Wire lugs 18 can be located in the middle of the bottom side.
Figure 10 shows the installation of the supplied outer plate. In this case, the four conductors of the external wiring are brought together and, accordingly, are conducted through the wire guiding pin 18 on the underside of the distribution block 15. Then each wire lead I

to wire conductor peers. Since the individual conductors of the wire are color-coded, a wiring is created with a clear indication of the passage of the wires. The advantage is that this installation of the supplied external wires can be done before the final fastening

No distribution block 15 on the distributor frame. After fastening the distribution block 15 on the distributor frame, the individual conductors of the supplied external wires must be in contact only with the connecting clamps 1.
After connecting the outer wires 19, the cross-connect wires 20 can be connected. When installing the cross-connect wires 20, the wire guiding slots can be dispensed with, the 1st is located on the lower longitudinal edge of the distribution block. The cross-over wires connected to the connecting terminal are conducted 3.11: the rjcpxjuie wire is cut through the voltage-gaps and then sideways then are bundled through the power supply channels 21 in the form of a beam. The outgoing cross-connect wires can be easily inserted through the feed-in slot 22 in the directional duct 21, in which they are reliably conducted through the design of the opening slit 22,
Although the bottom wire-guiding slots are not required to remove the cross-over wires, it is advisable to carry out the distribution: symmetrical one-piece block so that, regardless of the design of the distribution block, it is possible to supply incoming external wires both at the front and rear depending on the location of the distribution block 1 or 15 frame,
